Introduction – Recurring Invoice

A Recurring Invoice is automatically sent to your tenant at regular intervals.

Let's understand this better with the help of an example:

Today is October 10, 2024, and you are creating a recurring invoice with a start date of October 15, 2024, monthly frequency, and an end date of December 15, 2024.

In this case:

• The first invoice will be sent on October 15, 2024.
• The next one is on November 15, 2024.
• The last one is on December 15, 2024.

If you create a recurring invoice with "Never" as the end date, the system will continue generating invoices until you manually stop it.

To stop it, go to the Recurring Transactions settings page.
